Interview with Steve Timmerman:

How did your company raise capital to fund its growth?
Company growth has been funded internally by retaining the positive cash flow in the company and increasing its working capital line of credit from its lender.

What has been the primary diver of your revenue growth?
Our growth can be attributed to a strengthening economy, the addition of business-analyst services and our recently expanded software-quality assurance lab, and our decision to invest in increased sales and marketing activities.

What has been your biggest business challenge in the past 12 months? What stategy(ies) have you used to offset it?
The company has added two service offerings: business-analyst services and a software-quality assurance lab. Building these new units has been one of our challenges this year. Another challenge has been finding enough top-notch consultants to fill our clients' needs.

What has been your biggest business coup on the past 12 months? What do you attribute that success to?
We have focused on a successful business vistion and direction; we have hire experienced people in management and skilled consultants.

Have you ever considered going public? Has your attitude toward a public offering changed in the past year?
[We] have never considered going public.

Would you ever sell the company?
The owners are having too much fun to consider selling at this time.

What are your business plans for the coming year?
Begin the process necessary for geographic expansion.
